Janya's fluid postural practice consists of gentle movements and long held floor poses designed to pressurize key areas of the body for a restful stimulation. The energetic seal of Yoga Mudra practice coupled with Pranayama or breath-work tap into the body's own healing capacity where authentic expression and insight naturally blossom.
