The Application of Pranayama, Meditation, Qigong, and Acupressure
This workshop is the 3rd module of the four-part yin training, and is a part of the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga @ Cindy's. Janya will demonstrate how you can apply the subtle and energetic practices to create a well-rounded psychosomatic exercise in each yoga class. Breath-work or Pranayama, guided meditation, intentional movement or qigong, and self-administered acupressure culminate to adept mental focus and emotional competency. These practices are helpful tools for elevating your personal practice and broaden your holistic knowledge. When taught skillfully they are easy to learn and suitable for all fitness levels.
